1.) Your initial requested amount of CD’s! Feel (If your fundraiser is around the holiday season, you may wish to order more Christmas Piano CD's, or if it is around Mother's Day, Easter or Valentine's Day, you may wish to order more Beautiful Piano CDs! 2.) A Master (photocopy-able sheet) of your Official Sales Tracking Forms (simply photocopy as many as you need, or you may design your own!)
